Filters and Pump Package

Single and Dual Pump Modules
A complete pump package consisting of single or dual pumps mounted and piped on a structural steel base primed and painted with a weather resistant enamel paint.   A strainer will be provided at the pump(s) inlet along with an isolation valve and pressure gauge.  A throttle valve and pressure gauge will be provided at the pump(s) discharge.

For dual pump modules, a switch will be used to detect improper system performance and initiate automatic switch over to the standby pump.  An audible and visual indication is provided when the standby pump is started.  A failed pump can be serviced while the standby pump is in operation.

All pump(s) motors will be provided with TEFC motors.

Control Panel
A NEMA 4 electrical enclosure will be provided on the pump package.   The control panel will feature a main disconnect switch, control transformer, fused branch circuits, motor starters for all fans and pumps plus door mounted indicating lights and selector switches.

Surge/Expansion Tank (Diaphragm Type)
The surge / expansion tank will be a diaphragm type tank, pre-charged to 12 psig.  Equipped with an auto-fill valve, mounted and piped to the pump module.
